Thanks for sharing your recipes from Columbia. They're great! Several years ago, I traveled or rather, ate my way thru Central America, namely Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama. Stayed at mom & pop hotels and ate mom & pop food and had a great time. For that reason, I love the tropics for the people, spices, coffee and the many varieties of food preparation. So, I've been trying to replicate the foods that I ate in that area and your website definitely reminds me of the foods I consumed.
