About Erica Dinho
My name is Erica and I was born and raised in Colombia and now live in the northeastern United States with my husband and family. This blog was inspired by my grandmother, Mamita, who was an amazing traditional Colombian cook.

I've been hearing so much about cassava lately, I even bought a bag of cassava chips. They're just like potato chips, but that fried cassava above looks way better. 🙂

I've never cooked with this ingredient but I need to! Everything you made looks delicious, Erica!

I've never cooked with yuca, Erica. Nice round-up! I see it in Whole Foods, now I'll have to try some of your recipes!

I so love my yuca, but my husband does not...so I usually eat it out/. Great recipes...

Yum! Como me gusta la yuca! It's a shame that it's so hard to source here in the Netherlands!

I live in the South West in Southern AZ so Yuca is usually in the stores here. Recently I was given a bag of Toasted Manioc Flour I need recipes to use it. Do you have any? There was one on the bag to use with eggs but it was more like breakfast.
Can this be used to make anything else? From my research I understand it is a yuca flour.

I made these to the recipe and they were delicious! Definitely a great combo. Keeping this recipe in the book!
