These Hot Dogs with Guacamole are very simple to make and a delicious variation to a classic American Hot Dog.
There is something about summer that makes me crave Colombian street food. It must be that I am able to spend more time outside, like when I lived in Colombia.

While there are a lot of places to get hot dogs in Medellin, the hot dog cart on San Diego Boulevard was the most popular about ten years ago. We always went there after partying in Las Palmas because of the amazing small hot dogs with delicious guacamole and chopped onions on top. They were so good that everyone ordered two or three.
Enjoy this simple and delicious variation of hot dogs this summer!

I have NEVER seen guacamole on a hot dog before but now that I have, it makes sense to me. I love hot dogs and guac so why not mix the two.

Love guacamole, in fact made some yesterday, but the idea of using it as a relish with a dog is a great one!
