i wanna make your banana coconut & pineapple cake for a skool project, but the recipe HAS to be from COLOMBIA or i fail so i just wanna make sure this is for real colombian b4 i make it. thanks.

  Amber- This is not a traditional Colombian dessert.... If you want to make something traditional from my site........ rice pudding, tres leches cake, torta de platano, bananos calados, guava paste with cheese, Coconut flan, Pastel Gloria, Enyucado, milhojas, bread pudding, Esponjados, arequipe etc.

I love all your recipes, my 10 year old daughter is making the tres leches cake as I type. She loves your site and I'm glad that we can keep the Colombian tradition going with your recipes in the language she masters. Can't wait to make la torta de maduro!
